Refund Policy

  • Refunds:

      All Refunds are processed after deducting any Processing Fee / Service Fee, Transaction fees, handling fees, Commission, Taxes, or charges, etc. of Roam Like Hippy. Including but not limited to cancelled events, rescheduled / postponed events, events interrupted mid-way, etc., or for any other reasons besides not mentioned herewith. Refund to ticket buyer(s) will be provided:

      i) If the event does not happen due to any unforeseen circumstances.

      ii) Event was conducted for less than half of the specified duration (Only applicable under circumstances where the organizer has failed to take the necessary steps to prevent such an instance.) For instances beyond reasonable control of the organizers such as ; Govt. regulations, restrictions imposed, unforeseen circumstances, sudden changes or duress situations, force majeure situations, etc. there will be no refund applicable for the reduction in the duration of an event time frame provided. No Refunds are provided for changes in timings of an event.

      iii) If an event is postponed/rescheduled to a future date, a full refund will be initiated to the ticket buyer after deductions (after deducting Processing Fee / Service Fee, Transaction fees, handling fees, Commission, Taxes, or charges, etc. of Roam Like Hippy). ** Please Note : All Refunds will be done after deducting any Processing Fee / Service Fee, Transaction fees, Commission, Taxes, or charges, etc. of Roam Like Hippy. (Applicable under all instances of cancellation or refunds) For any refund request the customer may raise a complaint/or a request for a refund regarding the event with the proper reason for complaint/refund along with their order details (Order Id) within 48hrs post the event date via e-mail or Whats App to our customer support Team. No complaints or refund requests will be entertained post the 48hr time-frame. The matter would then be investigated by our team, and at the sole-discretion of Roam Like Hippy, a full-refund, partial refund, or any other form of compensation deemed suitable would be provided to the event attendee after conferring the claims with the organizers. The decision of whether a full refund, a partial refund, other form of compensation, or no refunds would be final and no further discussion on this matter would be entertained. In certain circumstances, specific event terms & conditions are provided by the organizers (event specific), in such instances we request that all users/ticket buyers to refer to those specific events terms & conditions (Provided under the event FAQ section), which would override the refund policy stated here. If a refund/cancellation request is made by the ticket buyer(s) for reasons besides the ones stated in the above points, then Roam Like Hippy will follow the cancellation policy provided by – The Organizer. You may request to cancel your order, however, all refund decisions will be made at the discretion of the event organizer. If an event organizer agrees to refund your order, they will refund your money within a maximum of 30 days. No refund requests shall be entertained for digital download goods (albums, EP’s, LP’s, etc) once purchase has been made.

      **PLEASE NOTE : Covid Related cancellations/refunds/postponed events do not apply to the above policy. If any event or festival is cancelled due to covid related change in Rules or Regulations enforced by the Govt. Then the final point (Point No.5) mentioned here in would take effect.


  • Refunds For Cancelled Events:

      i) We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of the event because we just take care of the ticket sale for the organizer of the event.

      ii) The responsibility of cancellation of any event shall be on the event organizer. In case of such cancellation of event, the event organizer shall arrange for a refund and we shall process the refund upon the instruction of the organizer.

      iii) The refund amount would be refunded back to the customer (refunded back into account that the payment was originally received from) after deducting Processing Fee / Service Fee, Transaction fees, handling fees, Commission, Taxes, or charges, etc. of Roam Like Hippy.

      iv) The refund claim in this case shall be made within 5 days after the announcement of cancellation of the event.

      **PLEASE NOTE : Covid Related cancellations/refunds/postponed events do not apply to the above policy. If any event or festival is cancelled due to covid related change in Rules or Regulations enforced by the Govt. Then the final point (Point No.5) mentioned here in would take effect.


  • Refunds for Rescheduled Events:

      i) If any of the purchased event ticket is rescheduled (Date) by the organizer, we (Roam Like Hippy or Organizer) will try our best to to notify you of this via an email or Whats App Text informing you about the change in dates of an event/festival.

      ii) In such a case, If you are unable to make it to the rescheduled date of the event, you are required to notify us immediately minimum 24hrs prior to the event rescheduled date.

      iii) The refund amount would be refunded back to the customer (refunded back into account that the payment was originally received from) after deducting Processing Fee / Service Fee, Transaction fees, handling fees, Commission, Taxes, or charges, etc. of Roam Like Hippy.

      iv) Please note the refund for reschedule is only applicable in circumstances when the Date has changed (More Than 24hrs Start and End Time). No Refunds would be entertained if an events timings are rescheduled.

      v) In certain circumstances, specific event terms & conditions are provided by the organizers (event specific), in such instances we request that all user’s/ticket buyer’s to refer to those specific events terms & conditions (Provided under the event FAQ section), which would override the refund policy stated here.

  • Refund Method:

      i) All the refunds will be done through online mode.

      ii) The refund amount shall be credited in the same bank account or credit card which was used for making the payment.


  • Cancellation Due To Covid-19 Restrictions

      i) In these unprecedented times of Covid, safety should be of the utmost importance to us all. So, If an event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen regulation changes by authorities. The Organizer of the festival/event will have the right to take the final decision upon refund methods & procedures. Unless, otherwise specifically mentioned in the event specific FAQ (Provided under the event FAQ section), in that case the specific cancellation/refund policy would be applicable.
